WYSIWYG DAY 1

The group had a fantastic day today working with Build Community through First Presbyterian. Our first group out worked at the home of Margaret doing intensive yard work and cleaning her deck. The second group worked with Mary, scraping and painting much of the exterior of her house. The third group worked with Renee, also painting a large shed on her property. Each student worked hard and exceeded expectations. 

We started our evening with Taco Tuesday while streaming the World Cup game. This was followed by one of many generous surprises from our host congregation, a trip to Chilly Willy's the local frozen custard shop. It was delicious! To say we have been warmly welcomed to Olney would be an understatement. 

We are eager for what tomorrow brings and can't wait to share it with you!
